I called from Pennsylvania and reserved a unit for my brother. It was quick and easy and the gentleman was very polite and helpful. And the price of the unit was very fair, the facility was kept clean and well lit, and there is security surveillance that's definitely a plus! Upon arrival to NY I was able to complete the rental process hassle free. I was able to tour the facility and see the unit. It was a pleasant experience and the workers there are very helpful, respectful and informative. I would definitely rent from them again if needed!

I was greeted by Khalil eho called immediately aftrr i did a reservation to answer questions...upon arrival he give me a comprehensive introduction to the place and space, and all the steps of getting around. He walked me in to check the storage place and answered all my questions. He also went with me through all the necessary steps of access and charges. It was a very considerate and professional experience at this place. All the staff there were also kind and welcoming. A rare find service in a busy city like nyc.
