I tweaked my back and ignored it for multiple months. After only a couple visits with Dr. Jacob Anderson, I was back to working out. He was able to come up with a plan that allowed me to continue my normal routine while still being safe. Everyone there was also very happy and friendly. I've never had a bad visit

Dr. Anderson has been wonderful to work with, I am so grateful for all he has done for me. He made me feel comfortable right away, he was able to pin point exactly why I was having acute pain and after the first session my pain was reduced significantly. He laid out a plan and after 2 sessions my pain is almost gone. He is not making me have a bunch of unnecessary sessions. I plan to return to him for all my chiropractic needs and refer friends and family.

Dr. Jake Anderson is LITERALLY the best!!! I have seen an upwards of 7 chiropractors and worked in a chiropractic office. He is absolutely the best and makes sure to figure out what exactly you’ve got going on and helping fix it while carrying on a conversation like you have known each other for years! He works out my knots and tension before ever adjusting me which is a first in my experience. Hands down the absolute best chiropractor I’ve ever dealt with. I am three visits in and the previous rotator cuff injury pain (in 2019) has been cut in HALF….in three visits!!! Like what?!?! Seriously go see him for all your needs I can’t express my gratitude and genuine appreciation for him enough!!

This place is great! I initially tried them out for low back pain. My original chiropractor could not seem to do anything to get me relief. After a few appointments I was feeling much better. They showed me exercises I could do at home to provide relief and rehabilitate the joints. I feel great now and schedule appointments 1-2 times per month for maintenance. Jake and Brennan are great!

I stopped by Essential Motion Spine & Sport to get adjusted after my back started giving me problems during a fairly intense workout. Dr. Jeff quickly diagnosed the issue and then did his thing - helping me to feel better quickly and get back in the gym. He displayed a great deal of professionalism and I could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!
