My Primary care doctor referred Dr.Gretz to me. My first visit was pleasant.
The receptionist was friendly, polite and patience . The assistant was polite, helpful and patience. DR.Gretz was through, kind and took time to explain all the aspects of my issues! She has a gently touch and a good "bedside" manner.
My daughter had to have two ingrown procedures done, she was so awesome with my daughter, she told her what she was going to do throughout the entire procedure. My daughter hates surprises, so that worked out for her nervousness. Dr Gretz knows what she is doing, and you can tell that she is passionate about what she is doing. It is very rare to find that these days.
