Great place to live! Nice, quiet area with friendly people. The park is well maintained and if there is a problem with anything, the office responds quickly. I highly recommend this park, we've been here for 6 years and love it❣️

It's pretty nice living here.. space rent is not as expensive as on mobile home parks are

We have lived in the Senior half of the park for 3 years. Generally a clean quiet place with friendly neighbors and management. Very little parking unless you leave your extra car on Edgemore which goes down the center between the family and senior sections. Old Poway Park is only 2 blocks away. Lots of activities in the park most weekends. Family side is less cared for with many eyesore homes in among nicer, newer homes. Bad for resale value.
