LaKeesha Sowell is the best patient administrator. Her employer should be proud of how she represents them and conducts their business. She answered text messages early in the morning before business hours, late in the evening, on weekends, and when she was on vacation in another country. Her service is outstanding.

RN Alana is the THE BEST healthcare provider I have ever encountered. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, efficient, organized, and has an outstanding bedside manner. My relative lacked for nothing in her care.
She is a PERFECT example of an excellent healthcare provider. Serenity should be proud of her talent and skill. We will never forget her care of our beloved relative.

CNA Michelle provided excellent care for our relative. She did what we physically could not, and she explained what we did not know. Most important about her work was she maintained my relatives dignity at all times. This was so important to him, and we wanted to respect that. We didn't even have to mention it to her.

We thank CNA Michelle and RN Alana for their wonderful care during the last hours of our loved one's life.

Serenity is the best, but I hope I never have to use hospice again. If I do, I will only call Serenity.

The Serenity Staff is a very caring and compassionate team! The support has been exceptional during the transition of my loved one. Their nurses are knowledgeable and take their time in speaking with you , to help you understand the hospice care services that are available to you and the patient they will be serving, the team has gone beyond the call of duty to aid in locating resources needed to ensure the care of my mother was nothing less than exceptional! They come highly recommended with no reservations!
