I love OneAZ! Their customer service is fantastic! For example, I just called OneAZ and spoke with Melissa. She was very patient! Yes, I know that some of the questions that I asked were "dumb" questions and I could have found the answer myself if I would have taken the time. Instead, Melissa was very patient and walked me through the tasks with great kindness! Then, she double-checked my transfers to make sure that I set them up properly! Wow, I wish that all organizations provided this level of kindness and service!

My experience with OneAZ Credit Union today was excellent! When I called, I was very worried about my account issue, but after speaking with customer service representative “Celine”, I was immediately assured that my issue would be quickly resolved. Celine placed me on hold for just a minute and when she came back, she said that my issue was completely resolved. Thank you Celine for your patience, friendliness and expertise. You made my week start with a positive outlook. I wish all customer service representatives were as good as you!

This 5-star review is based off my experience with Melissa G. I had called 3 times previously before I called again and spoke with Melissa. The first person, Eli, did not listen to me was rude abrupt and had no desire to assist in anyway. The second person Joanne, was nicer but again was not willing to help. The third, said she couldn’t hear me so she disconnected the call before I could say anything. Then on the fourth try I was connected with Melissa. First and foremost she apologized for the previous experiences which meant the world to me at a time of high frustration and fear, then she listened to me. I told her I was a victim of fraud but my claims kept being denied and I could not get any answers. I told her the whole story from the beginning and she asked probing questions. I am very detailed with notes, dates, and times and she was able to find the information she needed. She made no promises but said she would try to help. She placed me on hold but checked on periodically and was so sincere. She was able to get the process started to a resolution. She made no guarantees what the end result will be but have the correct information, notes, and updates needed to help reopen the claim and investigate with the proper information moving forward. She thanked me for being a customer, and I know she meant it. Melissa G. is a staple of customer service, was very knowledgeable and able to use her skills to help customers. Because of her I have a renewed confidence in OneAZ.

I want to shout out the truly fantastic service and experience I had dealing with Wendy at OneAZ. I opened a business account and was trying to link the business account and personal account so that both appeared on the app simultaneously, I spoke with several people at OneAZ and waited patiently for a couple of days, without a response. I was Very fortunate to get Wendy when I called back today. She was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and had everything up and running in a matter of minutes, whilst I remained on the phone. She deserves a promotion, raise and to be a Branch Manager…! Thank you, Thank you..Wendy…!
