I have a degree in operations research and tell you this because I was significantly impressed with service delivered by Sun Windows and Doors.
They have excellence in project scheduling; communication; and delivery. The windows are awesome!
Their staff was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I found PGT windows to be of highest quality. I trust you will find the interpersonal and phone conversations fantastic. I will be purchasing more products and recommending them to friends and family.

I moved to the area two years ago and did not know of many reputable companies; therefore, I searched local companies on the internet. Four companies came to provide free estimates and Sun Window & Doors stood out by far with their professionalism and knowledge. They were competitively priced with the large box stores; however, had better windows to offer. Our nine windows were replaced within one day. The installers were professional and treated our home with great respect. Padding was laid to protect our flooring, they moved the furniture out of the way and placed it back. Any employee that answers the phone was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend Sun Window & Doors to anyone who is looking to replace their windows.

If you had a 10 star review, I would make this a 10 star. We needed to have a professional resolve a problem on a PGT sliding glass door in one of our accommodations that had been installed over ten years ago. Learned from PGT that many dealers only perform repairs during the warranty period, which was also true of our contractor. PGT referred us to two local companies and we called both. Sun Window & Door replied first, made an appointment and their technicians showed up on time and quickly started to work on the issue.
A new lock was required, but the tough issue was removing the old lock. Lock was replaced and while they were there I showed them a box of parts the original installers left behind and asked if these were installed, would they reduce the number of palmetto bugs that enter the apartment.
Technician said they would and took the uninstalled parts from me and installed them on all four sets of sliding glass doors. Our service charge was more then fair and I can't say enough about every aspect of working with Sun Window & Door. Not only would I use them again in the future, but am sure I will and have added them to my list of service contractors to use in the future and refer to others.

We chose Sun Window & Door for replacement windows after looking at 3 other companies. John Anderson, the primary sales person was professional and very knowledgeable, having been in the business for many years. The installation team was amazing. I'm a builder myself and a self-admitted perfectionist, and these guys were above and beyond what I expected. We appreciated kind and pleasant workers, careful activity, protecting our floors and furniture, blowing dust out of the house with fans, good tools and materials, professional installation, and complete clean-up. We felt like they actually enjoyed their work and were proud of it. We are very satisfied customers.

The windows arrived when promised. The workmen came early. They finish the entire project. They left everything in good condition. I chose SUN because they were the only ones who would help me with my old windows when all the other companies said “we only service what we sell” and SUN came out and took care of me and I’m glad I chose them
