Tom is literally the BEST. He pushes you to your limits and provides education along the way. He keeps your goals in mind and designs a workout plan custom to your needs. He is a phenomenal trainer! If you need to start somewhere or need the extra motivation, Tom is the best you'll find! Can't say enough great things about him.

Absolutely LOVE this gym! Not only is it personal one on one training, but its the BEST pricing I could find for a Personal Trainer. I would 100% recommend this gym and their trainers to anyone looking to take control of their health and live a happy/ healthier lifestyle. Please don't just take my word, book an appoint and see for yourself! You wont regret it.

I recently had weight-loss surgery, and personal training was highly recommended. Tom, owner/operator, has worked with me and my physical limitations during my entire journey. I feel like he listened to my concerns and assures my workouts are safe and effective. I can see improvement not only in my physical definition, but also my strength.
