My agent is Angel, she is the sweetest person I've come to meet! Not only is she kind and patient, but she is my go to person when I need help on saving myself some money!!! The whole staff is helpful and very nice, if they don't have the answer for me right away, they'll figure it out and always give me a call back. I will always recommend this place!!

Any company can put up a website with some entry fields and it will spit out a quote for you, but Farm Bureau still focuses on total customer service, making me feel valued and not like a number on a spreadsheet. I trust that their agents truly want what's best for me. The one agent, Caleb Smith, is second to none. He has given me so much time, attention, and understanding. I can't recommend them enough.

Outstanding service, Todd and his team have always provided excellent and expedient service for us. Farm Beauru took care of us and made sure we were accommodated when we needed it most, even during a busy holiday weekend. They made our family a priority. Their professional is unmatched!
