(January 11, 2023, 4:56 pm)I’ve had a climate controlled unit for a year now and I can’t be more pleased with the staff and the unit itself. I didn’t find one spider in my Christmas boxes this year. The staff are always available and always kind. I had some hiccups last year and Jacci has always been understanding and helpful as best as possible. It’s a great place to store your things.

My experience with Jacci and her communications with me have always been professional, positive, and thorough. Both locations are easy to drive through and navigate. It is also comforting to know there is 24hr surveillance at both sites. I would definitely recommend Storage Ranch to my friends and family!
