It is always a pleasure to bring my cars to J&D. I've been coming here for more than 30 years. I am a female custumer and grateful to report that I have never been offered services my car did not need nor spoken down to as though I know nothing about cars. The pricing is fair and the mechanics are always respectful.

Great experience; very honest guys, really care about their customers; went above & beyond for me more than a few times.

Ex - Car took a hit to tire/axle/suspection. The random Tow guys told me my [old] car was likely totaled and they didn't feel comfortable towing it anywhere. So I called JD - they towed car no questions asked, then JD fixed it and car was back on road for wayyyyy less $$$ than I was expecting. Highly recommended.

Another anecdote: took a small deer hit to the front hood and couldnt get it open anymore, so I stopped by 5 mins before they closed one day, hoping someone could help and not charge me $100 - Keith came right out, got the hood open and even filled me up on brake fluid and said "You're all set - no charge", you just don't see that type of service anymore.

The owners give an accurate qoute before any work is done and the cost of repair is always reasonably priced. I can reliably count on the correct repair at a reasonable price. I have brought my cars to JD for several years now and their service have remained reliable. Thank you!!
