Hurricane Ida flooded our basement and killed our hot water heater. I didn't expect to get anyone out to replace it right away, but I was amazed when I called Hoffman and an employee showed up a couple of hours later. Then I was even more amazed and impressed when they brought the new heater the next day—and installed it at about 1am after what I'm sure was a very busy and long day of flood-related plumbing work. Very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.
