Shannon the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. I try to be an easy customer, but because of some last minute changes, I had to cancel my contract and redo the entire process. I also would call early and late, but she was always patient with me and very helpful! Great facility as well!

Needed a storage unit to store my things temporarily while I wait for my apartment to be move-in ready. The process was SO easy. Incredible experience, the customer service is fabulous I worked with Shannon Callaghan. She was so friendly and professional. She took time to explain their policies and walked me out to make sure my combination code worked and then took me to my storage unit to make sure the location worked for me. I feel so comfortable with the cleanliness and security of my belongings. I would highly refer Shannon and Securlock.
