I had a great experience going and buying my hedgie named shadow. They were of great help and made things clear to buy him. I got very helpful tips from the owner and finally have my childhood desired pet!!!

We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! Luisa was amazing from the start. She is always readily available for any questions and the knowledge she has was so helpful being first time Hedgehog owners. We reserved our baby Ajaxis before my daughters birthday and Luisa was so kind to make a birthday video of him before his scheduled pick up date so we could present it to my daughter for her birthday. This just made her day for sure. Thank you Potenzas and Luisa especially for such a wonderful little guy and being so helpful in the whole process. We would definitely recommend any exotic pet purchases from this store.

I love Potenza Exotics! It’s a wonderful store with a great variety of products and animals! They have great customer service! They always take care of their animals to make sure they are always at their best health. It’s a really underrated shop! And the owner is so nice! She helped me find a buddy for my other Chinchilla! I purchased a black velvet chinchilla from them. He is super calm and sweet! I love how tame and calm he is! I would definitely recommend going to Potenza Exotics! They have phenomenal customer service, they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure animals are well taken care of, and they are always there to make sure you feel prepared and have all the necessary tools to take care of your animal correctly.
