SouthShore Regional Library

Has a nice children's area with tables, plenty of children's books for different ages, and computers.
I took my children to one of their Story Time events and they had a great time! They incorporated two books, songs, dancing, sign language and even Spanish. For ages 3-6 and I took my 3 year olds. They loved it.

SouthShore Public Library is a very nice library. The staff are so very helpful every time we go! They have a Children's Area that has computers that can be used, kid friendly tables, and book selections from picture books and early readers to juvenile fiction. There are rooms small groups can gather to work on projects together and I appreciate the different options to sit, read, study that are sprinkled throughout the library. I would gather that it is a newer library as it feels a little lighter on book selections, however I assume they are working towards always acquiring more books as most libraries do. Overall, all my kids from teen to little love the library and we can always find a good book to bring home!

Beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and pleasant when I requested assistance . They have a wonderful variety of books, videos, etc. For young readers and my grandson was super excited about the books he found. The have a used book store (small and reasonably priced) for gently used books ad eell.
