Madison did an excellent job planning our new closet installation. She was efficient and professional. She also didn’t try to upsell us items we didn’t want. We love our new closet system.

This is the second round of closets installed and I love them!! Claire, the sales rep, is amazing and great at helping to decide what type of closets fit into the area I picked. The installers do a great job too. I love my laundry room and bedroom closets! My house is better organized now!! They also come out quickly to correct anything that doesn’t turn out as you expected. Thank you closets by design!!!

Pros: Our designer Jan was incredible smart. She knows her stuff. My son’s walk in closet really came out perfectly done. The installers I forgot their names were incredibly thoughtful in removing their shoes to get to the carpet. They cleaned everywhere. The wood quality is stud & solid.
Cons: My one hope is that they reclucked the holes from removing the hinges in new construction.

We had custom shelves made for our children’s art room. Madison Bell helped us develop the system, and was very thoughtful and responsive to our requests. The installation was done in a timely manner, and the installers were both courteous and detail oriented. We are very happy with our decision.

Closets by Design is an amazing company! My designer Jan designed my master bedroom closet to perfection. The process was easy and the delivery and installation was professional and went smoothly. I could not be more pleased as I highly recommend this company!
