MTU Hypnosis

After day one of my treatments, I quit smoking cigarettes after 22 years of heavy, consistent smoking. I feel 100% better after quitting. My breathing has already gotten so much better in such a short amount of time. My wife and kids are so happy that I don’t constantly smell like cigarettes. Everything has changed in such a short time due to my three treatments. I was very skeptical before coming in not ever doing anything like Hypnosis before. Now having completed my three treatments I would recommend to anyone. All I can say is thank you.

With MTU hypnosis it was easy to quit chewing way easier than when I tried cold turkey. I chewed 40 plus years and I quit immediately it was easy not to want to chew anymore. I recognize there is a ritual associated with chewing and being aware of the ritual made it easier to refocus and quit. Very happy with MTU hypnosis and recommend them to others.

Nicol was great! I have quit a few times in the past but started smoking again. The hypnosis is another component of quitting to make it forever! She has also given me several other tools to keep cravings and triggers from controlling me!!! I am in control of it now and I love it!! I’m no longer a smoker or think like a smoker! Nicol is amazing. With MTU Hypnosis I have lost 50 lbs, and I am keeping it off. Through Hypnosis I have gained control, no more sugar cravings or late night binge eating. Wish I could give Nicol more than 5 stars--incredible experience through and through! I spent years thinking/feeling I couldn't quit smoking. After the brief intake with Nicol, I found myself not feeling much of a need to smoke and after the first full session with her, I couldn't believe I'd every smoked in the first place. Zero urges or desire to smoke since I finished that first session with Nicol--and still going strong! I'm still around all the same people/places/situations that used to trigger the urge to smoke but I have zero desire too and most of the time in those situations, cigarettes don't even cross my mind. Nicol truly has a gift and I cannot recommend working with her enough!!
