The Muscle Doc Method

The muscle doc is one of the best in San Diego for deep tissue work. What I love most about him is he has the ability to do anything needed whether acupuncture, deep tissue, cupping, etc. Anytime I go to him with an issue, whether it's not being able to turn my neck or pulling a muscle in the gym, I leave feeling an incredible amount of relief from his treatments. He's professional, thorough, explains why and how he is doing what he does and provides the best energy throughout the treatment. I highly recommend his services .

I've now gone to Chris about three times and each time he's done a wonderful job on my body/lower back. I tend to have pain in the hips and lower back area do to work/sitting often and also from boxing.
