Went to the Nashua store today when my oven range broke and met Carlos. Very professional and since I knew what I wanted from going on Baron's website it was quick and easy. New Range is being delivered and installed tomorrow. Previously purchased appliances a Home Depot but Baron's price was the same and the professionalism and quick response to my needs means I will be using Baron's in the future for appliances.

Wanted to add, the delivery was next day came right when they said they would. Fast and courteous by 3 men. They did a great job in bitter cold weather. Barons is the best experience my wife and I have had in a long time

We received our new Whirlpool dishwasher today!! Our Baron’s installer was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was competent, and on time. He made sure it fit properly and tested the unit before he left. We are extremely happy with our experience!!

Barons was awesome at helping us find a refrigerator for my moms kitchen. It could only be a certain width and height and was very hard to find one to fit but they did it. It looks awesome and fits perfect. Thanks so much Tim. Delivery guys were right on time and so very nice. *****

This is definitely my favorite appliance store. The customer service is always outstanding and the installers always do a fantastic job and are very respectful of your home. I had an issue with one of my appliances and I was told by the manufacturer that it wasn’t going to be covered under my warranty but Barton’s reached out to the manufacturer and my appliance was repaired at no cost to me. That, in my opinion is above and beyond the standard customer service!!

An 8 day heat wave claimed our just over 3 year old LG French Door/Bottom freezer refrigerator. The compressor failed. Rather than search for parts and hope they were in supply and of high quality, we opted to buy a new refrigerator. My husband wanted a Fisher&Paykel, an appliance store in MA told us we could wait until November. We called Baron’s in Nashua, they have helped us a lot with new appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. Our sales advisor got us a great deal on a Fisher&Paykel refrigerator that could be delivered in 3 days, honoring tax-free weekend in MA and the refrigerator was $1300 less expensive than the one in MA with a 3 month wait!!! The delivery techs were on time, personable and professional. No need to shop around….Just shop Baron’s of Nashua! Immensely satisfying !!!
