I have trained with Wendy for 6 months and I am very happy with the personal training she provides. The facility is clean and never crowded. Wendy is a great, and most of the regulars are very friendly. Having a personal trainer is so much better than going to the gym on your own. I am making progress in strength training that I was unable to accomplish on my own.

Wendy is great. She is always friendly and makes sure that you are focusing on the areas you desire. She keeps the workouts fresh and the results are clear.
