We have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past few years, the delivery people have all been so great. And this process is so quick and easy it absolutely doesn’t even compare to a dealership. I will never go to another dealership. I feel as though they don’t really inspect the vehicles as well as they should but the experience is worth what negative things that may occur.

The communication between the scheduling people and the guy delivering is not great. I was told my appointment was at 3:30 but they showed up at 2, not that big of a deal. The overall process was easy and quick. The gentleman John who showed up was really nice, professional, and explained everything.

Okay, okay I got a New Benz with low miles and warranty. I drive semi trucks for a living, and I didn't really have time to sit at the dealership. So, I ordered the car online, and went to test drive it. The car drives very brand new, and Looks good and a gas saver. It has all the whistles and bells that I wanted and the car IS affordable!
* Bring a mechanic with you, and if the car doesn't need any work on it. Keep it, and drive into the sunset. If you want to have your car delivered, that's fine. But, I needed to physically put my hands on it. That's just my preference, because if you don't like the car. While, your at carvana you can switch up the car right there (same day). It's an easy process and if your working and have proof of income on bank statements. You can pick out your own down payment for what ever vehicle you can afford. No reference name or number, No apartment lease or mortgage statements to show 😏😉, cash rules at carvana, and not everyone's review apply to all. But, with alright to bad credit, you can pull up and pick out what you want (I would recommend carvana to everyone) Don't knock them down, until you try them 💯👍🏽
