(5 Stars)Robert is one of the nicest people I have ever met, especially for his age-group. He did a wonderful job getting my In-Ground Jacuzzi, running like it used to. With his permission...he allowed me to observe all of the things he did...as I am a curious-sort of person and love to add to my knowledge-base. He was so professional, and explained everything he was doing, and what it was for. He demonstrated how to use the dip sticks to check the water, and taught me how to balance the chemicals. He was also so personable, as he conversed about a number of other interesting things. He called to let me know when he would be here, and he was here on time. This is the young man I would want to help me with any other issues that might arise in the future...as he is dependable, honest, and very courteous and respectful; concomitant with skill, knowledge and professionalism. We are new to Tucson and first time pool owners, when I called they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I called with questions, and the owner took the time to explain things to me, help me prioritize what was an immediate need and what things could wait as he truly understands money matters. This company has earned a customer for life and I will refer everyone to them.
