The staff and doctors here are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to treat me, and were able to get an appointment for me the day of. All of them were very helpful, and my visit was done in a very timely manner. And on top of amazing service, everyone was cheerful and genuinely kind in a time when healthcare is so challenging. Thank you all again

A medical office with so much experience. Dr. Bindal and his wife are on top of patients care. An awesome office staff that takes care of their patients ts with the fullest of respect and dedication to the medical office.

This clinic has the best and friendliest doctors and nurses I’ve ever encountered in my 43 years. They’re always so attentive and helpful to all my needs and concerns. When I tell you EVERYONE in this clinic is super friendly and inviting, it’s no lie. It’s like they all take super duper happy pills before starting their shifts. Which in the health care industry all patients should experience this. Sadly not every clinic is like that but this one is. Thanks for everything!!!

Below is my first review I am updating it today to a 4 as I left out that the nurse manager did call me after I voiced my concerns. She was kind and apologized on behalf of the clinic that I felt the way I did and informed me that they now have a female doctor also on staff that may be a good fit for me. I don't even want to cross paths with Dr Bindal so that's a no for me but having another Dr may be very helpful to the clinic. So I would encourage any one to give it a try based on the staff.
I gave a 3 because of the staff; without them it would be a 1. As far as my personal experience with Dr. Bindal, he appears unconcerned, arrogant, and unkind. He disregarded every concern I had until I ended up in the emergency room twice. He spoke down to me and on the last visit raised his voice at me. He can deny that but a nurse was in the room as well. I've left his office upset the majority of times and crying twice. Funny how nice he was when my daughter came with me to the Mansfield office, I guess having backup helps. I've given him more than enough opportunities to treat me as a patient should be. He shouldn't have to be reminded that his profession is caring for people, if you can't do that you're in the wrong field. I have thanked the office and nursing staff and hope they don't let his careless attitude rub off on them.
