Jason is a class act - He's definitely committed to a fair business transaction. I had a minor issue with a Kioti Tractor purchase and due to unforseen circumstances Jason sent me a check to cover half the expenses I incurred. Very good customer service. The Hot-Shot driver Jason hired to transport out of state also kept in touch with me the whole way. When the driver arrived he carefully unloaded the tractor and asked me to look it over for damages. Excellent service.

I live is Los Angeles and was looking for a utility tractor to maintain my ranch in the local mountain area. Having difficulty finding one locally, I began searching out of state and feel very fortunate to have found Jason at North Texas Tractor. From the first call to actually flying out to meet him and to see the tractor, the experience was pleasant enough that I decided to write a raving review (which I normally do not) First of all, Jason's description of the tractor was precise and complete. We did a FaceTime walk through of the tractor and everything he had described on the phone matched up perfectly. Then I flew out to see the tractor and once again, everything was spot on. And while the tractor was perfect in every way for me, its worth noting that the experience in its entirety was just as perfect. Jason is an honest, decent and trustworthy person who made sure the ENTIRE transaction went forward without any problems, delays or excuses. The tractor was delivered to LA precisely one week after I visited him and it arrived in the exact condition I last saw it in. Awesome place to do business! I had a great no pressure experience with the owner Jason! He was great extremely nice and helpful with me picking out what size tractor I needed for my land, he did a complete service and personally delivered it! A week later I had a problem with a PTO shaft on my mower that I DID NOT buy from him and he gave me full access to his shop and tools AND helped me repair it, when all was fixed he refused to take a dime!!! Wow you can't beat that!!! If you are looking for a tractor I highly recommend Jason @North Texas Tractor!!! Thanks again Jason!!!
