It's always a pleasure working with Allen. Today he arrived when he said he would, completed the job quickly, kept me informed along the way, and cleaned up the site (not a small part of the job). He's a great guy and he does great work!

The residential fridge in our 2018 GD Solitude 373FB had torn loose from the floor, tipped completely forward and crashed against the hall tree on the opposite side of the rig. We were able to set it back up but needed a repair guy. Allen came out today and re-anchored/re-attached the fridge with a better setup than from the factory!! I am confident that it will not be coming loose in the future!! THANK YOU ALLEN!!!

I reached out to Allen because our class A was stranded in Chapel Hill. He told us that he would meet us. He maintained communication. Called when he was on the way. Allen and Toby worked diligently to troubleshoot our jacks that would not retract. They isolated a power issue and were able to bypass and provide power and got our jacks retracted. Thr knowledge base and professionalism is none like I've ever experienced. However, due to my own conflict, I was unable to utilize his services. This conflict really put Allen in a bad spot, but yet he remained professional and courteous in our exchange. If you are in need of repair, I would highly suggest this company.

Allen was very professional and worked me right into his schedule. We were actually out of town when Allen came to make the repairs. He performed the replacement of our hot water heater and fixed our furnace. He called me with updates throughout the process and even had the courtesy to set the thermostat to 65 before he left so we could come home to a cozy camper! I will be calling Allen for any future maintenance or repairs.
