Easy to find, very professional and my hearing was on time and Judge Kelly was very fair. The rest of the staff was professiona and courteous. Good experience
You have to have patience, as everyone will be telling you, but the office personnel are thorough and were pleasant enough to deal with. If you are asked to send in certain forms they need from you, it's for a good reason. Make sure to date, and make a copy of everything you send or do or respond to. Just for your own peace of mind. And again, be patient, there are many people needing their services.
Short wait in the mornings. Staff is helpful. Parking is ample. Ticket with a number is given when you enter.
A nice office Building with handicapped accessible entrants and elevators. They have restrooms and a comfortable waiting area. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Leave any pocket knifes at home because no weapons of any kind are allowed and you will be screened. They also have conference rooms for consultations. Not such a bad experience.
