This is a great local company that does great work, answers all your questions and gets rid of all your pests.

I have been using Natura for a while now and I have always been happy with their work and professionalism. Conner was just out to take care of my house and he was very polite, friendly and asked me if I had any concerns or if I need any other areas treated outside of the normal work.

I trust them and know that they do a great job. That is why I also have them take care of my daughters home as well.

I just moved to Vancouver and needed a new pest control company. The subscription plan they have is super nice and affordable. Vince came out to do my first spray and he was very friendly! He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, he explained what he was going to do and he was respectful of my home when he did the interiors. I’m super happy with my choice with Natura and Vince!

I was having my morning coffee and spotted this guy rummaging for food!! No thanks! As soon as they opened, I made the reservation home call to aware the company to please come get it!! They sent one of the owners, Jake. What other company does that? He was prompt, so informative, friendly and professional! Thank you Natura for the 10 years and f great service to my family and some neighbors.

We recently signed up for Natura services on the house we are making a rental. From the initial call with Ashlie they have been kind and responsive, with timely follow ups to see if I had any questions or if I was ready to set up services. No other company called/emailed me back to check in or follow up.

Today Michael came by to do our first treatment. He was knowledgeable, kind and professional. I am grateful for his help and very glad I signed up with Natura! Love that they’re a local business.

Always have a great experience under all circumstances. Austin was our tech today.He was very thorough and meticulous with everything he sprayed. Also refilling traps around the property. Appreciate his integrity. Look forward to our quarterly.
