Working with Alejandra has been a very rewarding experience. She understood perfectly my concerns and designed a plan that helped me not only achieve the results I were looking for but also how a healthier and more mindful lifestyle + a bit of discipline can make you feel and look better. She was very close to me in each step of the program always explaining what was happening and supporting me in my weak days.
I now understand better my body and gained valuable info that I will use for the rest of my life !

I always believed that we are what we eat, and trusted nutrition to be medicine for the body and the soul but did not fully understand my body and how to find balance in a fast paced working environment living in New York City. Alejandra has been, is and will be that wellness inspiration, coach and support system that sees my organism as a whole, drew me away from soldiering in, helped me strengthen my health and ultimately arrive to a healthy, beautiful pregnancy (after one miscarriage) in optimum conditions. I have never felt better and today I feel that I have given my baby the best start in life and myself the greatest gift of all.

For the first time in my life, I paid attention to what my body was telling me. I made the decision to embark in a detox program with Alejandra Holistik. I have to confess that I was not only confused and scared, but also I was afraid of not being able to do it properly or even completing the program. Alejandra worked with us (me and my wife) during the whole process, guiding us all the way. The results of the program were extraordinary. It’s impressing to see how your body and health improves, making little but significant adjustments in your nutrition. I contacted Alejandra in April 2018 because, since I moved from Europe to New-York, my energy level was low and my digestion very difficult and I could feel that it was coming from the food I was eating.
From the very beginning, she really took the time to understand my lifestyle and my personality to build the best program for me which was divided in 4 parts:

1_ Preparing for Wellness - She guided me through a whole month to get a healthier and more nourishing eating habits to prepare my body and my mid for the cleanse
2_ Colon Cleanse
3_ Liver Cleanse
4_ Stabilisation

Some parts were more emotional than others and Alejandra was always present to support me and help me which played a big part in the success of this challenge. I will never have done it without her.

After 3months, I felt stronger and happier in my body but more than that I discover the power of food on your mood and your energy.

I worked with Alejandra for 9 months and during this time I found food freedom, overcame depression and chronic pain and learned to manage my ADD without medication. Alejandra was intuitive and did not just treat my symptoms but really got to the root cause of what was happening in my body and mind. She not only prescribed food and mindful techniques which become the foundation for lasting change, but she made sure I understood the role every action and thought played in my healing.
Before calling AH, I knew changes had to be made in my life and that what I had been doing wasn't working... that being said it's still daunting to when facing what seemed to be drastic lifestyle changes. Alejandra understood but still had full confidence that through a series of cleanses I could change my quality of life. She was right and stay with me 100% of the time - not something I've ever experience with another health professional.
