Drove from Orlando, was introduced to Trey Peterson. Bought a new Super Duty Powerstroke . Trey did a great job throughout the process. He was also very good with the follow up after the purchase. Would highly recommend! Overall a pleasant experience unlike most of my previous experiences at dealerships.

I originally tried another Ford to purchase a Mach-E. After poor communication I decided to extend my search and I found Lakeland Ford. Manny was the person who helped me reserve a Mach-E 2023. Well, he was able to find a great deal of a Mach-E GT 2022. Now I don’t have to wait and I have a great car! Manny was always very responsive and extremely easy to talk to. I am very happy.

I drove about 45 minutes each way and past 8 Ford dealerships(yes I counted) to come here and it was so worth it!
I was greeted by Jackson Morgan at the door and I informed him I was there to see the Bronco and in about a minute we were ready to see the car.
He was extremely knowledgeable and has been hands down the best Ford Salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Not pushy, honest, and straight to the point; exactly what everyone needs.
If every sales guy was like him the general public would enjoy the car buying process a lot more.
Test drive was honestly a pretty good length which also impressed me.

I will make sure Jackson Morgan earns both of my Bronco sales and make sure every person I know orders from him he deserves the sale!
They don’t charge a markup on the Bronco either (MSRP) + the normal charge that’s on every car they sell that includes a National Lifetime warranty just do regular maintenance to keep it in tact, pretty simple if you ask me.
After I get my Jeep I’ll probably trade it in for a Bronco down the road after the hype dies down, the kinks are worked out and there isn’t so long of a wait.
Also if you come here for any Ford ask for Jackson Morgan you won’t regret it! Very impressed with this dealer compared to Elder Ford.
