Lakeland Golf Course

I like the course, but wish they would take some of the slope out of some of the greens.

Truly enjoyed a wonderful day playing a hidden gem. Friendly staff, plenty of challenges from the trees to water to greens. Really had a fun round.

Had a fun afternoon at this course. Not too busy on a,weekday mid-afternoon. Course is perfect for beginning and/or high handicap golfers. Not too many trees or water hazards to cause frustration. Large greens currently in great shape compared to many nearby courses in NW Ohio. Fairways less impeccable and very hard (Nice for the roll, though). Greens fees very reasonable. Good value for casual golfers.

My son and I went here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff is friendly and courteous. It is a challenging course for the average golfer. The course itself is well manicured. Even if you land in the rough, you can find your ball quickly. My only criticism would be that on some holes, the cups were relocated and there were patches over the old one. It happens though so not a big deal, at least it was done correctly and likely recent so really no complaint. The groundskeepers are outstanding!!! We will be back. It's our new favorite course, even over the more "uppidy" and frankly over-hyped courses in the area.
