Due to past experiences, visits to the dentist have always made me very anxious. My experience at Essex Smiles gets five stars all around! Dr. Orrico and his staff made me feel at ease and I know I’m getting the best care possible.
As a new patient at Essex Smiles, my experience was extraordinary. I haven't been to the dentist in awhile.
Dr. Orrico was very professional, attentive to my needs, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, as well as kept me calm. The staff was extremely welcoming and efficient. I will definitely be returning.
The entire staff is exceptional. They take care of their clients and listen to their needs in order to make the recommendations. I have had a cleaning and a filling here and every time it has been a great experience. The cleaning was thorough with attention to detail. Always a pleasure to work with her. For the recent filling, Dr. Orrico used the amount of anestesia needed without having to over numb and the entire process was completely pain free and efficient. The anestesia wore off within an hour and I was left without any soreness from the procedure. Overall, highly recommend Essex Smiles.
Dr Orrico and his staff provide a first class experience with up to date technology and a real care and passion for Dentistry. Dr Orrico is very thorough in his exams and educates you in general health that can be connected to the mouth/teeth. Very positive experience which is rare at a Dental practice. Highly recommend.
Amazing place and amazing experience. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I had dental cleaning, and some fillings done. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an amazing experience with the dentist. Whole childhood fears are definitely gone. Doctor done an amazing job with fixing my teeth and walk me through every single step. And did I mention that they have a very comfortable pillow for your head and massage chair? Amazing! Just amazing!
