I am so happy to have found Danielle! When I started at TheraPelvic I was seven months pregnant and in pain all the time. I was extremely frustrated with my OB and didn’t feel like I was getting the support I needed. Danielle made me feel seen and heard for the first time with either of my pregnancies. She listened to my concerns and gave me exercises and tips to help relieve my pain right away. We also have worked on various breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to prepare me for labor. Fast forward two months later and I feel extremely confident going into labor, and while I’m not pain free (because I’m a million weeks pregnant at this point) I have a bunch of tricks at my disposal now that truly help me feel better!

I am an OT and have taken pelvic health courses in the past with Danielle and over the years have gotten to know her well. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and always up to date on the best practices for women's health. Her warm and easy-going personality makes any time spent with her an absolute joy. I'd highly recommend her services for anyone in the area seeking pelvic floor therapy.

I’ve been working with TheraPelvic for a short time now and so many of my issues are already on the mend! Issues I have dealt with for YEARS are finally being taken care!! The help I’m receiving from her has helped me in other areas as well. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Time with her is always time well spent! She also makes sure that you know exactly what to work on by sending a follow up email with a recap and a list of what to do at home (including pictures and or/video links). It is extremely helpful! I highly recommend this practice!
