I worked with Chris,Erin, and Susan at various times during my therapies, all were amazing! I had therapy after a Hip replacement that brought me back to better than new! Next came therapy for a torn up Rotator cuff injury, same result! Appointments were on time and the staff is more than qualified. I don't hesitate in referring them.

After having back fusion surgery in early February, 2018, I needed to have Physical Therapy (three months later) to ensure that I returned to my former physical self. My surgeon as well as a friend recommended OSR Physical Therapy as one of the best places to get the required Physical Therapy treatment. The North Phoenix location was very close to my home so I decided to give it a try.
From my first call to set up an appointment to my last PT session it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the front desk staff (Mari and Rebecca) as well as all of the other amazing therapist and technicians. Ms. Alison Finan was assigned to be my therapist and after my first session I was so impressed with her friendliness, professionalism, competence and dedication that I knew for the period of my treatment she was going to be my therapist. Because of the work she did with me I can now emphatically say that I have healed to the point where my surgeon think I could go skiing. Thank you Ms. Finan, you are a wonderful, caring human being and I appreciate all that you did for me.
