What a great experience! Colleen took the time to assess my needs and expectations before we got started. It was peaceful, serene, and so helpful for the issues I’d been having with my shoulders and upper back. I highly recommend Back in Balance!

Colleen is absolutely great. I had neck pain and left there with less pressure and tightness turning my neck. I could feel sinus pressure relief that I didn't realize I was having. The next day I was more relaxed and calm. Highly recommend a full body massage.
