The front desk staff was friendly and greet the patients with a welcoming tone. The waiting time was short, they get the procedures done in a efficient manner and soon the Dr. Comes in and goes through the consultation with precision and professionalism and combines a touch of human element that's crucial in such a setting. The hygienist was gentle. Overall, my experience was positive. I'm thankful that as a new patient I was not as anxious. Thanks ya'll!

Highly upset! I am trying to explain to them that we currently do not have insurance and if we could get a 7 days of meds till his insurance kicks back in. They refused. I explained to them i did not mind making an appointment considering the Dr. Shaw said he did not need an appointment until 3 months. To me that means January. They straight up refused. I thought they were in the business of helping people. No compassion what so ever!

Update the center manager called and listened and took car of the issue. Thank you

They are very knowledgeable and guided me through changes in my medications, dietary needs- and covid. Always putting my safety and others safety first. They called to follow up and kept virtual appointments to keep in touch and guide me through a serious illness. Ordered labs and followed up with me - guiding me through the results and care I needed.

Best communicare I've attended so far, and I've been to plenty. They are very communicative, and convenient to your schedule. They provide you with extra paperwork about your baby's growth, at all the other ones I've been to, I only received a single sheet that was an appointment reminder. Super sweet doctors too !!

Communicare is the best doctor’s office I have ever gone to. They truly care about their patients and they are the few who go ABOVE AND BEYOND. I have had my two sons with them for over 6 months and I do not ever plan on leaving. They are truly AMAZING. From office staff to doctors— all courteous, professional, compassionate about their job, and actually know their stuff! Thank you Communicare! It’s been a struggle to find a doctors office that even comes close to how great y’all are! Truly amazing! Always very quick and wait times are minimal, too!
