Omg I just spoke with Pamela and she has been absolutely great!!! She has a good personality and she gives great customer service if you have a problem something going on with your bill or anything she will work with you and make sure everything is handled she goes out of her way to do the absolute most and she is one of the most awesome customer service reps for public storage

This public storage facility was wonderful. Gates were always closed and locked , definitely felt like my belongings were safe, and the staff, specifically Pam was always very helpful. Will use them again if ever in need storage.

Pam the site manager is a angel.. I have used this facility more than 3 times and it's been a no hassle deal each and every time... .Pam you really rock...I'm glade to have worked with you.

I came in the store the other day to purchase some moving supplies and the representative that helped ended up being the manager. Her name was Stacy and she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all ofof our questions. She even tried offering us a storage unit and if we were in need of one we would of got one because of her. We were sad to hear that she will no longer be there after the 31st of this month. We gave her our personal number to let know where she goes so that way we can contiune to get supplies from her when needed. If you stop by before the end of the month then if you want great customer service then ask for Stacy.
