Frank recently came to my home to service my 15-year-old Avalon. He's been servicing my car since the manufacture warranty expired.

Frank accomplished the replacement of my hybrid battery very quickly and with great care for my car. He thoroughly tested out everything, hooked it up to the computer, and then took it for a test drive. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and was so pleasant throughout.
