Had them come do a termite inspection for a loan. It took them a week or so to do the inspection. The technician was very punctual, so no extra time wasted on waiting for em.

Called to have yellow jackets removed and James came and he was very friendly and professional. Staff was very friendly when I called. I will continue to use this company if needed. I would recommend them highly

Everyone there seemed very friendly they work around our schedule. Jim was very professional and thorough. We had him come out and spray one time and haven't had an issue since. Thank you Ace Pest Control!!

I called yesterday (Thursday) to get some help with a crazy yellow jacket wasp nest in the outside wall of my home. I explained that they were finding a way into my home where I also have pets and that I was concerned that my dogs (who don’t know any better) we’re going to try and catch them, among other concerns, naturally. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and informative. He also let me know that they have been struggling a bit and that the timing was not guaranteed, especially with me calling it in on a Thursday afternoon. I completely understood and was happy with the conversation.
To my surprise, I received a call early this afternoon (next day) from one of their technicians, John, who was at my house and ready to do the work. He, too, was very informative and helpful, and the job was completed before I returned home from work. All in all a great experience for the crummy situation of foreigners invading my home. I was told that if the initial treatment did not work that they would be right back out to take care of it for me and I have no doubt that they will if need be. A+++
