My fireplace pilot light suddenly went out last week. I called this business, and Greg himself called me back with 24 hours. Fortunately, there had been a cancellation from another client, so I received service in 8 days, which is superior for this time of year. Alex came out today and gave me outstanding service. He explained everything he did and didn't leave until the fireplace was clean and working perfectly. I'm have this company return in March to put mesh over the outside vent to keep birds from nesting. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, and I plan to be a yearly repeat customer.

Fireplace was serviced this afternoon after not working yet this year. Grant did a great job. Diagnosed and repaired it to my satisfaction. Great job, great communication and great service! I highly recommend Greg’s!!

It has now been about a month since service. No one has ever made it work this good! Ignites every time, first time! Still highly satisfied!!

We recently had our fireplaces serviced by Alex and he did an awesome job! He was kind, considerate, tidy, and was even patient with our barking dog. Greg’s also recently installed a gas firepit outside and did excellent work! Our fireplaces have never looked better and we would give more than 5 stars if we could!

I have had one of their techs come out to clean and to maintain our home's gas fireplace sometime after we had moved in 2018. The tech did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Hhe even discounted the price due to I had previously thoroughly cleaned our gas fireplace just prior to his arrival. I highly recommend them for the servicing and repair of gas fireplaces.
