Ami is great, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and makes the workout challenging and fun. I have been going to her for 7 years and attending all types of classes- one on one, small group and boot camp. The physical results are noticeable both visually and internally.

Ami is amazing. I interviewed three other trainers before finding Ami. I knew immediately that she had an amazing depth of knowledge about the body, fitness and injuries. She completely listened to what I wanted to focus on and tailored my sessions to achieve my goals. Ami goes out of her way to mix things up to make it interesting and to keep me from getting bored. She also always asks for feedback and her communication skills are excellent. She really wants to make sure that she is meeting your needs. She also is just a wonderful person to spend time with every week.

I find the workouts well planned, tailored to my specific problems, and needs, and very carefully administered. Ami is a superb trainer, well qualified, knowledgeable, professional.. She exercises me very thoroughly, carefully, never to extreme but to a proper level of stress. She has a fine personality and is a joy to work with.
