There are many aspects that make Arsenault Dermatology such an outstanding medical practice. It begins with their pleasant telephone messages when I call and when you reach a person I am always greeted with pleasantness and politeness. Those qualities carry right on through with everyone of my contacts within the offices. Receptionists, PAs, and other assistants are excellent communicators, kind and professional. The physicians are excellent at their craft rather it be in inspecting the body or performing procedures/surgeries. I always get a follow up phone call following a procedure/surgery to see how I’m doing. Arsenault Dermatology is the best.

Arsenault was very organized and professional. And every person in the staff, from reception to check out, was super friendly. Best of all was Dr Bishop. His sense of humor and positivity makes you forget the reason you are even there.

I have been going to Dr Arsenault for many years now in Lakewood Ranch for my limited but important dermatology needs. Always a pleasant, professional experience. She is very knowledgeable and truly focuses on you as a patient. Impressive office staff and procedures are efficient and courteous. Such excellent medical care and office staff relationships do not happen by accident- so kudos for the effort to deliver the highest quality medical care.

I’ve never been to a dermatologist before today and my first experience was exceptional! New patient paperwork, body exam, biopsy & check out was all under 45 minutes. Everyone was so kind and generous and seemed to really put patients first. Grateful to have found Arsenault!

Wonderful experience! Office staff, medical assistants and surgeon all very professional. Dr. Brian Bishop was amazing, explained procedure beforehand and answered all my questions. Very organized office, clean and spacious. The waiting time for procedure, lab results and discharge went quick and smooth but I did not feel like I was being rushed. Dr. Bishop called me later that day to see how I was feeling and told me not to hesitate to call him back if needed. Would highly recommend Arsenault!
