Destination Big Bear

We've been using their cabin rentals for years. They are decorated super cute and always clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

I would like 2 say that our trip was excellent! With the help of a very friendly and helpful man named Brent, we were able 2 enjoy a beautiful Christmas vacation! Thank u Destination Big Bear and thank u Brent!

Happy New Year!

We stayed at the Tranquility Lodge property back in October and the overall experience was great! The house was amazing! Very quiet neighborhood and just beautiful all around. Clean, welcoming, and had a very homey feel. Plenty of space for everyone who stayed there. Heather provided wonderful customer service and was able to answer all of our questions about our stay.
My only recommendation would be for them to upgrade the mattresses, the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in and didn’t allow for a good night’s rest. Even so, I would definitely come back for another stay, the place really is just beautiful.

We had a great stay in Big Bear. The cabin was confortable and clean and very well equipped. When we got locked outside and called management, they sent Brent who came quickly and solved our problem. He was corteous and helpful. We definitely would come back and recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed in the most beautiful, spacious cabin with a hot tub, pool table and foosball table. The house was gorgeous and so clean!! There were so many board games for the kids to play, comfy couches, big screen tvs, and a huge cozy fireplace. They even had brand new yoga mats for us to use! The best part of going through Destination Big Bear was the concierge level customer service. Any concern we had, all we had to do was a call and a friendly person would help us out right away. I’m sorry I don’t have the names of the lovely people that helped because my friend that was staying with us was the one who made the calls. At one point there was a beeping sound and we thought it was some kind of alarm malfunction. They sent a guy out at 8pm, I think his name was Brett, and it was just the wine fridge door that we left open. It was our mistake and he was so gracious about it! It was such a beautiful location and close to skiing and tubing. We had so much fun that the kids didn’t want to leave!! This was by far the best and most luxurious house I have ever rented, I wish they had locations in other places!
