This is a great store!
All the staff are excellent. They are professional, friendly, efficient and helpful!
The store is well stocked and super clean.
The prices are good and sales/specials are even better.
Their competitors could benefit by learning how well the Nicholasville Harbor Freight operates.

Great products and the staff and supervisor along with management have been great with me and dealing with a couple of returns in the past that I've had and also been great with me and exchanging tools and keeping up with their warranty.

Always Great Deals. Employees don't seem interested in taking care of the customer. I had one walk out on the register because it was her break time. I would fire her if I was the Mgr.
