Phoenix Physical Training

Jesse has a heart for helping folks live their best lives. He does not just help them lose weight but more importantly helps them with mobility which increases their quality of life! I highly recommend Phoenix.

Jesse, the trainer is wonderful to work with . Makes you feel comfortable and is there to help you out. Some exercises can seem nerve wrecking or intimidating but he shows you exactly how to do them so no need to worry about that.
Also, i had hurt my back at work and although I couldn’t workout due to some weight restrictions, he offered to help me with some stretches to ease the pain which were so helpful. Things like that tell you a lot about a person. 🙂

As far as the facility and equipment, everything is well organized and clean. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

I needed help with balance and strengthening. Jesse is patient and encourages me to work hard. I can already see a difference in just one month. I have also lost weight. I would recommend anyone of all ages to come and work on themselves. I feel so much better. We come as a family and really have fun!

I've never had the courage to truly go and work out at the gym. When I went to Phoenix Physical Training I knew I was committing this time, knew that I was going to put my all into it but I never thought I'd have so much fun doing it!
Jesse is my personal trainer and you could never ask for anyone better to teach you how to work out! I've never lifted a kettlebell before I went to this gym, thanks to Jesse not only am I confident in my skill but he pushes me just the right amount to better myself, to keep moving forward. He gave me confidence I never knew I had when it came to my body and just how well it can work!
Besides this gym having an amazing personal trainer the actual gym it self is fantastic. It's clean, and crisp. You know that all the equipment has been cleaned and there are no sweaty residue left over from previous people. And there is every free weight you can think of along with other amazing tools!

Group training creates the structure that I need to get to the gym. Jesse does such a great job keeping us motivated.
