I had to drive all the way from New Jersey to have my Ebike repaired only place around that does the work! He was quick efficient explained everything and he was excellent!! Would drive all the way back to Staten Island if I had to, great job!!

Fantastic bike shop with a wonderful owner. Was very helpful and fixed my bike up in no time. Also fun customers in the store who were nice to talk to. 100% recommend.

Bike shops can be magical places. When all goes well you’re riding on air when u leave. NYC bicycle Shop has never ever failed me. I went on to have my winter tires mounted, new brake pads, pedals and advice. I got all that and they even honored a old discount receipt I had. My winter tires this year are the Continental Grandprix 4 Season. They’re German made tires with some really nice technology. It’s to early to say how they will perform this winter but on my ride from the shop they felt really good. During winter I will review them. I thought this bike shop was playing recordings of birds😂😂😂 Come to find out that on a shelf above me were two Canaries. Bright yellow and singing their Canary songs.
