Hancock Repair

After some debris from a semi hit our car, we pulled off to the nearest mechanic to assess damage. This place was so helpful. Luckily the damage was minimal, we got fixed up, and back on the road in no time. Friendly, fair... We were so lucky they were open. Thanks so much!

I am from Ohio and was headed to Indiana to visit my boyfriend when my car broke down an hour into the drive. Mr. Jack Hancock's shop was the closest to me and so I gave him a call. After explaining my situation, he was willing to drive out to me, jumpstart my car, and follow me back to his shop incase the car stopped again. He was extremely nice and extremely helpful. He got my car running again and unfortunately I had to go back home, but my car made it the whole way back, and I was so grateful that I didn't have to get it towed the hour back home.

Jack is always reasonable, hard working, courteous and timely! He will work with you if at all possible.

These guys helped us out big time when we were traveling cross country. Our car had started making a thumping noise a few miles away. Joey realized it was due to wheel that was not tightened down enough after a recent tire rotation. He didn't charge us anything for his service.
