So glad we found Dr. Baker's office. Our eye doctor retired and we were needing a new eye doctor. Me and my husband were greeted by Jennifer, who made us feel right at home. She was so friendly. My husband needed some attention to his eye frames, as the screw holding the ear piece was not the correct size. (that had been put on by the eye dr. that we have left) Jennifer repaired it correctly and I believe she even put new nose pads and cleaned up his glasses!!! Awesome. This is what customer service is all about. She went above and beyond!!! Dr. Baker, The way we were treated by Jennifer is why we are transferring our records to your office. I had my first new patient appointment with Dr. Baker and his staff yesterday. I have been wearing glasses for 50 yrs. This was by far the best experience & results to date. I was actually thrilled with the entire experience & left with a beaming smile! The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I high recommend the Baker Eye care team!

Dr. James Baker is one of the best eye doctors in the mid-cities area. His professional staff always greets us with a big smile, accepts almost all insurance plans, and checks you in right away. Being a veteran himself, Dr. Baker is quite pragmatic in his approach and doesn't push for eye glasses, if there is no need.

Dr. La is the best. She is very thorough with your eye exam. She then explains (in plain English) what tests she has done and the results of all the tests. She also answers any questions you might have. The office staff and her assistants are friendly, caring and genuinely nice. The Baker's are blessed to have them. Baker Family Eyecare is the best place I have ever had the privilege to do business with regarding my eyes.

My family has been going to Dr. Baker & Dr. La almost 10 years now. They are extremely friendly, helpful, family friendly & professional. All 3 of my children had their first eye exams with Dr. La and they are always excited to see her & get their eyes checked. I recommend them to all of my friends when given the opportunity.
