Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented an SUV for a move to a new place. My experience was off the charts. They picked me up, took me back to the office, went over details and I was on my way. Return was just as simple. Everyone at that office talked to me and had big smiles on their faces. They made my rental experience great. Thanks 😊

I recently had a bad car accident and with the supply chain problems, I needed a long-term rental. In year's past, the standard one month coverage with insurance was sufficient. I was without my car for over four months! According to the insurance contract with Enterprise, they were to extend to me (for my out of pocket costs) the same special rate given to the insurance company. At first, the local branch did not want to honor this (understandably bc businesses want to make their money) but after reaching out a representative from the Insurance Replacement Division, we were able to confirm the special rate. Furthermore, the autobody shop working on my car was unsure on the timeline for return of my vehicle which prevented me from having a hard deadline for returning my rental. The local branch was very flexible and understanding of this. I was able to call every couple of weeks to extend my rental with no questions asked or problems. I did have to change rental vehicles a few times (due to varying circumstances) and each time I visited the branch the team was busy but did their very best to assist each customer as quickly and professionally as possible. They were very accommodating and helpful through a stressful time and I appreciate them for that.

Every time I rent from Enterprise has been good. They have the cars ready for me when I get there no waiting. I'm in and out the door with in a few minutes. The customer service is excellent. Each one of the employees that have helped me each time I rent are friendly, courteous, fast and overall want to make sure you're experience with Enterprise great.

I've had to use a rental car 2-3 times since May and every time, the employees at the Mexico Loop location in O'Fallon, MO have been great to work with. They are very accommodating and always so happy to work with their customers. Ryan was great to work with this last time! This location is the only one I use because of the great service I receive!
