GameChanger Fitness has been an integral part of my family's health for over a year. The coaches are patient, caring, and so mindful of our individual abilities. The facilities are well spaced and very clean. All our workouts are customized to meet our unique goals. My teenage son loves to focus on enhancing either speed/agility or strength training. The coaches are careful to coordinate with his team sports routine and making sure he does not "over do it". My own goals of improving strength and balance are always evaluated, encouraged, challenged and modified based on my progress. I have always felt supported and motivated while at the gym or in their communications home. Truly the best experience for this busy mom. I trust the GameChanger coaches to oversee and lead my own fitness routine as well as my teens'. I’ve invested $$$ in 1v1 personal training over the years and found the GameChanger small group fitness sessions to be just as effective at a much more reasonable price point. In addition, I enjoy the camaraderie of the classes. The coaches are great coaches - very knowledgeable and focused on form. The 45 minute work-out is just the right amount of time for me. I have more energy and flexibility since switching. Give it a try - I highly recommend it.

I never felt comfortable at a gym until GameChanger. But the coaches care about us and meet us where we are--but also continually push us. No matter how I feel when I'm walking into the gym, I always feel better when I walk out. That's because of what I've just accomplished but also because of how the coaches make me feel. They are genuinely interested in my life outside the gym, and they've even given me little tokens over the years that show their appreciation. During the pandemic, Joe and his team sprung into action and found creative, effective ways to keep us together and keep us going as a community, which I will always appreciate. This is a special kind of gym and I'm very grateful I pushed myself out of my comfort zone to join.

Someone is always there to guide you through exactly what you need to do, and you will see results. I have worked with Coach Mike, and he is a knowledgeable and excellent coach and really cares about the members.

The small classes allow for the coach to focus on each and everyone and give you the attention you need. The environment is meticulous. It's not just a place to work out, it's become a family.
