Evans Lake Resort & Marina

The price was reasonable and the lake side access was beautiful. Alan and the rest of the staff were very attentive to our needs and really customized our experience. The rooms were simple but very well kept and clean.
Kayaking on the lake is a must!
We enjoyed a lovely family style bbq in the common area and enjoyed socializing around the warmth of a few bonfires at night.
We are very happy with our decision to choose Evans Lake Resort and would happily visit again!

I've visited here quite a few timed and each time has been great. Everything is clean and organized. The new owners have always gone out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.

Pretty good little cabin. A 20 second walk from the beach. I would prefer Google Chromecast to the Roku in the room, but nice. Bonfire cabin had everything we needed since we didn't plan on cooking there (no stove, but has a sink, Keurig machine, refrigerator, and microwave). I do wish they had replaced either the two stool things at the end of the bed or one of the chairs opposite the bed with a dresser so you could store your clothing and not live out of your bag. We had a lot of fun. You can buy wood for the beach fire pits, but we got rained out on that. The people who run it were very nice and friendly. The Patriot Pub & Grub right across the street (you can walk there) was some of the best food I've ever had. Comfy bed. Great stay. Would stay again. Would recommend to others. Next time, we would like to take the time to go kayaking, but we did paddle boat.

Our family stayed an entire week and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Thomas and Allen the owners were very professional and were especially polite and good with the kids. The cleanliness was impeccable and the details were concise: such as, newly remodeled cabins, great décor, new appliances, new silverware, pots and pans, and stoves, and plenty of towels. The beech is cleaned daily of any seaweed and there is no muck at the beach. We loved our stay and it was very "Relaxing!" We will be returning! We definitely give Evans Lake Resort a total "Thumbs UP!" Very Nicely Done! "A Class Act!"
